All existing members should be sent Renewal documentation via POST Late February/Early March to be completed and returned by 14th April.

Applications for NEW Membership - Please Call/Email the Membership Secretary (The name is found on the Home or Newsletter Tab) to confirm the availability of NEW Membership and the process for any NEW Member to follow, or in the event of the Membership being FULL to be added to the current "Waiting" list.

** PLEASE NOTE with all NEW Membership there is an initial "Joining Fee" which will apply to your first year Membership which is set Annually at the Clubs AGM **

• Payment: DO NOT SEND CASH.
• Cheques and Postal Orders should be made payable to PWAACS. Please put name and address on the reverse.


• If you wish to pay by Internet Banking the Sort Code is: 40-36-35 and Account Number is: 11006037.
  Please put your name in the reference box so that we know who the payment is from.


• In your envelope ( a C5, 162mm x 229mm 6.4" x 9") addressed to the Membership Secretary Please include :-
• A self addressed envelope (a C5, 162mm x 229mm 6.4" x 9") for your membership cards to be sent back to you.
• A self addressed envelope (a C5, 162mm x 229mm 6.4" x 9") for your Renewal Form to be sent to you.
  
• All envelopes should be attached with sufficient stamps to cover postage, check with post office when posting.
• Any envelope with not enough postage will incure a collection cost to the member, as we have to travel to a post office to pay and pick up.
• Also include 2 x recent passport photos and Cheque or Postal Order or confirmation of payment by Internet Banking. to the correct remittance.


• * Senior Subs now include the £15 work party fee.
  If a senior member attends at least one working party in the 2024-2025 season they will get a £15.00 one off reduction for the 2025-2026 season.
• Senior citizens who wish to make a work party donation are welcome to do so. Please add £10 to the total.
• If renewing your membership could you please confirm if you have a key for access to the disabled carpark and Lake 4 so that we can update our records.
• If you are asked by a bailiff or any club member for your membership card you must comply with this requst to refuse could put your future membership in jeopardy.
